Most Helpful Positive Review Perfect fit
I put this on an early sig 556 that has a threaded reciever like an ar15. I wanted to add a side folder and this did the trick. Fit and finish was perfect. Easy to install and the Indexing feature is nice because you spin it on as far as it can go straighten it backup and then tighten in a bolt that sucks in the place into the receiver. No wobbling or weird gaps. Would buy again.

PICATINNY PERFECT

by Bobby, Verified Owner from WA, United States Written on September 16, 2025
This is being used for an old lower a bufferless 22 I have. The weight of this adapter is nice, it helps balance the feel of a 16" upper and it secures nice and tight with ease. It's a good choice if this is something your looking for.

Works like a charm!

by Wrench, Verified Owner from VA, United States Written on March 23, 2025
I needed a stock adapter for a bufferless AR9 I'm building. I was intrigued by the QD slot on this one and the relative ease in installing. You just gotta screw it in once or twice to get the screws to catch, make sure the spring for the detent is out of the way, and start cranking on the hex screw inside. By the time you're done, it's so snug you can hardly tell it's not one piece of metal. Not all ARs need to have a buffer tube stock. Be the change you want to see in the world. Get the stock adapter.
Pros:
  • all metal
  • Easy instal , hardware included
Cons:
  • Sticks out a bit more than other options
Best Used for:
  • Bufferless builds

This seems great if you want to put a pic rail in place of a buffer tube easy install and solid.
Pros:
  • Looks great
  • Affordable
  • EASY INSTALL
  • solid
  • add a qd point
Cons:
  • it might add an inch to overall length
Best Used for:
  • adding a folding or retractable stock to an AR lower

Smart design. Easy install, quality materials.

Liked it so much I bought another. Great for doing an AR22 build with the cmmg conversion kit. Remember that when you remove the buffer tube, there's nothing to hold in your retainer pin and spring. Additionally, there will be a 3/8+ gap where the buffer would normally sit and the back of your bolt carrier group. Which should be fine for your cmmg dissent style uppers, but you'll need something to fill that gap if using the cmmg 22lr bcg because it will blow back. At first I used a piece of pex tubing, but ultimately I 3d printed a spring loaded "faux buffer" peice that allowed me to use the detent pin and spring in to hold it in place.
Pros:
  • Design & ruggedness
Cons:
  • Price (but honestly, pretty cheap price considering the quality).
Best Used for:
  • Making a 22lr pistol.

Fantastic!!

I don’t normally leave feedback, but this thing is great!
Not just for AR’s. It mounted right to my RIA TM22 like a charm. Those of you that have the TM know it got a stupid screw that comes out of the back. Well you just remove the screw for the QD sling mount on this baby and she mounts right up and that “stupid screw” and holds the sling mount in place.

Perfect for turning a chassis into a 1913

by Blake Crawford, Verified Owner from AR, United States Written on September 4, 2024
This product is super high quality. I bought it for my sharp bros heat seaker chassis that I’m putting my 350 legend ruger American ranch rifle in. I wanted the Samson SAS stock for my rifle instead of a carbine style stock because it had a built in folding adapter. This mod saved me almost $250 dollars.
Pros:
  • Perfect fit, great finish
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Carbine inlet to 1913
