materials, fit, and finish top notch. Like all Surefire lights, it works 100% of the time. Well worth the premium pricing. I own a second generation pvs 7 nvg and purchased the m300v for the infrared illuminator. It extends the capabilities of my pvs 7. Now I need to save for a third generation pvs 14
