Would this be okay to put on a 6.5 Creed Moore for coyotes. Long range. Or just work on 22 calibers and 17hmr. Just like the Creed Moore for coyotes.and gophers.thanks for the input before purchasing one for it.

I've had this Tasco scope mounted on a Crosman TR77 for the last four years . Best estimation is approximately ten thousand pellets cycled with the same scope , and still holding zero ! Hands down THE best budget scope on the market . Started purchasing Tasco scopes forty years ago , with the same level of quality . Buy one and done . Happy Hunting , and above all , be safe out there . Bill R.
Pros:
- Better than average quality at a bargain .
Cons:
- Adjustable objective is a little tight to adjust .

Clear sharp optical planes x settings through ranges an adjustable objectives lens just what i was looking for really nice scope. Nice tall adjustment turrets easy to keep track of, had to go with see-through mounts go over glacier hand guard but need extra height on a.r. platform for proper sight alinment
Pros:
- Does everything i want it too
Best Used for:
- What ever you want to shoot at

I have this scope on my 10/22 and my 22 hornet I use them for hunting gophers, rabbits and coyotes the first one I bought when I was 16 so about 13 years ago and it’s always held a zero I’ve never tried a box test but it’s been bumped and dropped a couple times it’s a great scope for the money the class isn’t crystal clear but clear enough to hit gophers at 300yds with a 22 the Millldots are a little big so at longer ranges it will block smaller targets it gets 4 stars because I think they could have the dots smaller as you zoom in and a little clearer glass when it’s set on infinity for focus but it’s still a great scope my dad has one on his 223 he had it in a hard case rolled his truck totaling it and the scope was still on zero so great scope for the money

Scope came in and didn't disappoint. Yes it's a lower end scope but does the job better than I expected. I have it mounted on a AR and holds a good group and zero. The scope will out see what my gun can do.

Got this scope for short range (to help older eyes on the target) and found it very easy to use and setup. I needed a long eye relief and was willing to trade off a bit of field of view to get it, but I found this was a great compromise with a large enough objective. Especially at this price, hard to go wrong with this.

I own scopes 5 times as expensive as this one and the performance is nearly the same. For a Varmit rifle or simply plinking you cannot beat the quality for the price. Hands down purchase this scope if you need a reliable and reasonably priced optic.

This is the second Tasco 2.5-10x42 I have ordered from OpticsPlanet. The first was put on a.223 varmint rifle and this one is on a .17HMR varmint rifle. I have ordered numerous optics from OpticsPlanet and it is hard to beat the price and the service.
Best Used for:
- Target, Long Range Hunting, Varminteering

I was looking for an inexpensive scope to put on a 223 rifle for teaching my younger ones to shoot. I was surprised with how decent this scope is. Doesn't do great in low light but other than that I have no complaints.
