I mounted this scope on my CZ512 22mag rifle. I took approximately 8 shots attempting to zero it in and the cross hairs came loose inside the scope. Holds Zero

Bought the version that is multicoated optics. Edge to edge clarity loses sharpness about 1/3rd of the way on outside. Light gathering very good. Adjustments are true. Durable-Holds zero very well. Using on Savage Axis II .308win. With supplied rings it gives ample room to work bolt..
The only downside is the Edge to edge clarity is marginal. But I only paid $56 so I've go no complaints.

Warranty dubious

I bought 3 of these scopes about 13-14 years ago. Within the first 2-3 years the reticle broke in two of the scopes being used on a .223 Ruger. The other scope on a M1 Garand is still functional. The two broken scopes were to old to be repaired because TASCO was sold to Bushnell and the repair center, ABO would not do repairs per the warraty. They would repair at their current cost of about $50 per scope, IF THEY WERE REPAIRABLE! I see a lot of TASCO opticals still on the market but due to my experience I will probably avoid TASCO products unless they are free!
Pros: Great scope for the money
Cons: Can't get it repaired under warranty

This a great scope, flat black, not gloss. Nice easy to see target.
