Most Helpful Positive Review Tasco World Class 3-9x50
I got this scope after is was defective out of the box. The scope would not adjust up and down out of the box. That said we sent it back to bushnell (who owns and services tasco) and they fixed the problem and sent it back. I mounted it on a remington 700 adl chambered in 270 win. That said this has...

windage and elevation controls were placed in reverse. up arrow adjustment means down, left arrow adjustment means right. I don't know if they are all like this, but quality control should have caught this. I was still able to zero in using reverse adjustments. Pros: decent light gathering Cons: ...

Tasco scope

by Brian, from MS, United States Written on January 27, 2016
Best scope on the market for the price. I have bought Leopold scopes in the past form 300 to 500 and they do not match the quality of the Tasco for hundreds less. The scope it self is very reliable I had put one on my wife gun last season an even after she dropped it out of a tree I figured it would have busted the lens to my astonishment there was not even a scratch nor when I had taken it to the range it was still dead on. I would suggest the 50 mm due to the better view and the cross hairs are very voidable in low light situations.

Duane Payne

I was really disappointed with this scope. It should be classified as a toy. The adjustments were not accurate and it would not hold zero. I know it is a low priced scope it it is totally impossible to use on a center fire rifle.
Pros:
  • Nice finish
Cons:
  • None

I have more than a dozen scoped rifles. 3 have this scope. They are clear durable and hold the sight. For the price you cant beat it. An older Tasco has been on my 3030 for 30 years and its still great.

Tasco 3X9X50

by bil438, from QC, Canada Written on April 26, 2015
Targets are crystal clear right out of the sealed box. No damage noticed. Only adjustments are windage, elevation and zoom, but they work smoothly. At first glance the reticle seems to stay on target during zoom, at say 100 yards. Don't know at longer distances.
Bought this scope for 2 rifles. Expect good performance on Anschutz 1403 in 22 LR. Not so sure it will stand them recoil from 270 win.
After I bought it, I compared it with Bushnell, Simmons, Nikon and Leupold. Only really impressed with Leupold 3X9X50mm but not enough to return the Tasco. At $44, and the warranty I could have it repaired if recoil damaged the mechanism, for use on .22LR only.
Best Used for:
  • Target/Varmint

I now have purchased 3 of these scopes, they are a much better scope than you would expect for the money. The 50mm lens gives you a better sight picture in the early dawn and late dusk situations.
