OK, it's not a Nightforce, Trijicon or S&B. No zero stop, no BDC, no reticle illumination. What it IS . . . is a solid, dependable, straightforward and more-than-acceptably clear optic that delivers excellent value. I mounted this scope on a .22 K-Hornet TC Encore and I'm very pleased so far. I've put a hundred rounds or so down-range with this scope and the clarity, zoom performance, parallax adjustment and the accuracy of W & E adjustments are more than good enough for my purposes. I wouldn't put this scope on my F-Class rifle but it's just the ticket for less demanding applications like the little K-Hornet. The only thing that keeps this from a five star rating in my book is the size of the dot and the thickness of the reticle crosshairs. The product description mentions that the dot subtends 1/8 MOA - it's more like 1/4 MOA and the crosshairs are a little on the heavy side for a scope of this magnification range. Both small things, really. I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars, as that would be more fair.
I'm sure I'll find other applications for this very, very good scope.
Pros:
- Accurate adjustments
- Dependable
- Stable POI across zoom range
- Very good clarity
Best Used for:
- Short to mid-range varmint rigs
- Rimfire target applications

The scope is an excellent value for the money, however it's made in China. I wouldn't mind that except they read English as well as I read Chinese. The scope came with two windage knobs mounted on it! I got to the range, mounted it, then started to bore site it in, only to discover the elevation knob was marked L & R instead of U & D. I called Burris, who hndles the scope for customer service and they were apologetic and mailed me the correct know. It's a simple procedure to install and all is now perfect. The clarity is excellent at all poser ranges. It's an excellent value for the money. (and I have an extra windage know if I should lose one!)
Pros: Great clarity, excellent value for the money
Cons: The reticle focus was put on by a gorilla. I had to wrap a rag around the scope and eyepiece in order to break it free. Once free it operates perfectly.

the scope is awesome, clear, easy to set up and brings in target shooting at 100 yards with a 22 really nice. only drawbacks are the very fine threaded scope covers that can cross thread very easily.ordered flip ups after the fact which took some difficult measuring. All in all great for the money.
Pros: everything but............
Cons: scope covers

It's a decent scope, I bought one when I was green. Compared to Burris optics I run now, I truly see the difference. I've bought too many guns when I simply should have invested in better optics.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Cloudy @ higher magnification, Terrible in low light

Very happy with the scope. Mounted on an anshutz rifle for indoor matchs.set and sighting was easy and the added shades were great. Hit 9 and 10 ring within ten 10 min. Focusing was easy and targets wernt fuzzy at all. Great scope.
Pros: ease of all around use
Cons: front setting went past markings to focus
