I've been using Tasco scopes on all my rifles for more than 50 years now. I have them on everything from a spring-piston .177 pellet gun, to a .22 rimfire, up to a .375H&H. Is this the best scope in the world? Absolutely not. Can you get better? Of course. Will you have to pay a whole lot more to get a better scope? You're darned right you'll have to pay more to get better. Who doesn't want to have a Swarovski mounted on every rifle? Then again, I just don't happen to have $1,500 laying around after I purchase a new rifle, to spend on a scope. I think & have always said that Tasco is the very best scope that you can buy for the money. There is better out there, but there's not anything, clearer, brighter, more consistent, for the money. Spend more if you can. Or get real high quality for the money & then go buy & shoot more ammo.
