Nice Rod TWSS

Lightweight Rod, includes spring. I went with black for a low vis tacticool approach. I own several V7 items and have never been disappointed. Big end or regular? Regular for all other uppers and big end for V7 uppers per manufacture site.

V7 Ultra-Light Ejection Port Door Rod

I bought a V7 Ultra-Light Ejection Port Door Rod in 2014, and it's worked great for me. Never noticed a functional difference between this aluminum ejection port door rod and a standard steel ejection port door rod. The V7 Ultra-Light Ejection Port Door Rod looks great and is about one-third the weight of a standard steel ejection port door rod.
