Most Helpful Positive Review Excellent QD rings.
I bought these to mount a 1-4x scope on my Sig 556. They are strong but not bulky. Easy to use levers and required very little lapping. Excellent value. Pros: Slim design, easy to set up and almost no lapping needed. Cons: none
Most Helpful Negative Review Weaver Lever-Lok rings
First set was not machined properly and had to go back. Second set worked as advertised. This is my second bad experience like that with Weaver rings. The first time was with an entirely different ring but the same machining problem. Leads me to believe that you should double check all Weaver ri...

Good for the Money$$

by Wm Palmer, Verified Owner from SC, United States Written on December 30, 2019
I have these rings on several rifles, primarily .22's. They do the job. They are not machined as fine as they could be, and the locking mechanism is not as smooth as the Burris or Leupold...but they are half the price. it is what it is. On anything more serious i would use the Burris or Leupold versions which are very nice.

Not the best but good

by DTOM, from MI, United States Written on July 29, 2016
Bought the matte medium height rings.
Made in China.

I had thought Weaver made it's parts in the US. I am certain that China produces all types of scope rings - from high quality to throw aways, these rings are solid but upon opening the pack - a locking screw had grit or debris in the treads - making the locking bolt rough to turn (I did clear it).
Also the springs that push the locking hub away from the rail (as you open the locking bolts) are about as thin and weak as could be used. The milling on the rings is acceptable - but imperfections are visible. I hope that there are no internal imperfections.

From other reviews these rings appear to do the job well, - I just wish it would be a "Made in the USA" product.
Next time I will shop Talley rings or maybe DNZ rings.

Nice for 22 Rimfire

by Legacy Reviewer, Written on August 29, 2011
While the product description does not mention it, these rings are ideal for 22 LR but in my opinion are not up to the task of handling the significant recoil of heavier cartridges. After installation (easy) and shooting off 150 22 LR shots the rail mounts had loosened. Because they are quick release, it is easy to check them and keep them snug. They have settled in now and work fine. With only one screw on each side of the rings a loose screw equals a drifting zero. Bottom line is these rings are good value, light weight, look sharp, are easy one and off, but are not built for the pounding center fire rifles deliver.
Pros: Good value and features. Light weight
Cons: Not strong enough to high powered rounds

Solid rings

by Legacy Reviewer, from CA, United States Written on February 7, 2011
These rings seem to be pretty sturdy. Once the scope is mounted in (with some loc-tite), it is very secure. The lever locks work great and feel like they will hold zero (don't have enough on/off time to tell yet). Would recommend for someone needing the convenience of being able to take on/off an optic quickly and easily. Adjustments are very easy with these rings.
Pros: Solid action, holds tight
Cons: None so far

Good but not true to size

by Legacy Reviewer, from WA, United States Written on January 27, 2011
The rings themselves are good. Strong, sturdy, heavy, and pretty well built. I got the Extra High thinking they would be tall enough for a flat-top AR. They are not! The Extra High are more like "medium" or just a little more than medium. I could not co-witness with these or even use them on a flat-top as they were way too short. Good rings but I'm going to order the Warne quick detach rigns for an AR.
Pros: All steel, sturdy, heavy
Cons: Rings are not tall enough
