Little Gold Bead with BIG light reflecting abilities
THe smaller shank fit on my customized Remington 870 rib (I don't know if this is the same thread pattern as factory) and provides an attention getting reference when focusing on the target. I am not a very good shotgunner, but I must say this bead is much easier for me to pick up than fiber optic beads and never becomes 'too bright' the way fiber optics can in bright sun. Refects lightto make it easy to make out, but has not produced glar under any conditions I have had it out under. A few bucks the old school way to have a sturdy, visible bead that I am pretty sure will be around as long as I own the gun.
Pros:
- cheaper than fiber optics yet just as visible
- will last longer than the fiber optic plastic I expect
