This Knife from Spyderco is made with their patented ball bearing lock that is comprised of a free-floating steel ball-bearing encased in a high-tech polymer cage. The liners inside the G-10 handle of the Spyder Co. Manix 2 G10 Fine Edge Pocket Folding Knife, extend beyond the scales, creating a scalloped pattern around the handle's perimeter for additional grip. The liners on this Spyder-Co Knife serve a double purpose by adding rigidity and lightweight strength to the handle.
