Great big little knife
Very well made, with absolutely no movement when locked open. A bit on the large side, and pocket carry becomes difficult when wearing pants with smaller pockets.

Manix 2 XL in Cru-wear
Beware! This knife is crazy sharp. It is a large folder but as i have big hands it the handle fits my hand perfectly. At the same time its not heavy. I love how Spyderco makes their handle scales flat so its not bulky in the pocket. The micarta scales are beautiful. Im glad i made this purchase. Its a little expensive but with proper care this is a knife that will last for the rest of your life. As with all spyderco products the fit and finish are great.

Manix 2 XL Cru-wear
I really like this knife. It is big, the fit and finish on it is beautiful as is every sypderco product. The Cru-wear is extremely sharp. The micarta handle scales just makes the whole thing pop. Very beautiful knife.

Spyderco Over Delivers Again
While most American companies are giving you less, Spyderco is doing just the opposite. Giving you a beautifuly polished large, razor sharp blade with buttery smooth action. A nice robust handle with perfect all around ergonomics. I have purchased several American made knives lately with upgraded steel and have been left completely underwhelmed and disappointed. I won't mention names but hats off to Spyderco for delivering an excellent product. I can't speak highly enough of them. Due to this purchase I decided to purchase another Spyderco and again I was overly impressed. Nothing but love for this brand

Spyderco manix xl 2
Extremely large and uncharged, I really like the Manix 2, super sharp and fit and finish is nice, blade is dead center when closed. Hard the go wrong with a Spyderco.

Just what I was looking for
The bearing lock is a little tough to pull down but the knife is great. The blade is sharp and opening action is fast and smooth. I knew it was big but now that it's in hand it's really big. Only thing I'd change is spending the extra money to get the black blade.
