No, this Tiger Rock AR-15 Mil Spec Stock Buffer Tube is only the buffer tube by itself. You can, however, purchase this tube as a kit with the castle nut, end plate, 3 oz buffer, and carbine spring. The kit can be found linked below:

I have purchased several of these buffer tubes because they are inexpensive and work perfectly. I do not understand why anyone would pay more. They do everything that they are designed to do. I have never had any issues with specs or fitment.

There's no reason to pay more for a mil-spec buffer tube than the $15 cost of this one. I got it with a coupon for even less. It was made in China, but my gun and stock don't know that--well, maybe the stock does because it was made in China also.
