Yes it is. It's the standard issue ACOG for the US Army. I used this exact model on my deployment to Afghanistan. Anything other than the description on the Trijicon website is the incorrect model: "TA31RCO-M150CP: Trijicon ACOG 4x32 BAC Rifle Combat Optic (RCO) Scope with Red Chevron Reticle for the US Army's M150 with Thumbscrew Mount"

Trijicon ACOG scopes are the top of the line scopes. The only scope I would put on my AR. Yes they are pricey but you get what you pay for.
