I wanted to get something that wasn't the typical bar shaped safety. Although I don't like this one very much, it's hard on my thumb. It digs in right there where nail meets flesh. Not that it's a bad safety just not what I was looking for, it's p...

I love this one, it’s not in the way of your trigger finger and has enough protrusion to be actioned with your knuckle. Easy and smooth operation, I strongly recommend.

The longer thumb selector is too long for the shooter’s firing hand. The short throw selector is perfect for the shooter’s thumb side but it’s supposed to go on the hand side. I swaps it and it’s great but now I don’t have another short for the off ...

It has a nice green color, it’s very smooth and has an auditable click. Only thing is they didn’t add the short lever screw, so I can’t use it ambidextrous. Which kinda sucks a lot. Cause I’m not sure where I can find the other screw somewhere.

Would not buy again.
Fire position pushing down feels great.
Return to safe leaves skin marks.
Would use with gloves. Not bare skin. Rough surface and edges. Rough action despite lots of oil.

Product Info for Armaspec Fulcrum 45 Degree Short Throw Ambidextrous Safety Selector
The Armaspec FULCRUM-45 is an ambidextrous 45 degree safety selector for the AR15/AR10 platform. It's set to fire at around the 45 degree point instead of 90 degree to allow for faster disengagement. Its easy to reach levers and incredibly smooth action makes position selection a natural, fluid movement for the operator while having a super crisp lockup, leaving you no doubt about your safety status. Once installed, the FULCRUM-45 operates easily from either side of the receiver for intuitive use in the field by a variety of shooters in any circumstance. Operates exactly as you want it to.The 45 degree side is designed for firearms that have the correct FIRE markings on the receiver to match the 45 degree fire position of this safety selector. Do not use on lowers without the 45 degree FIRE markings on the receiver. If you have a receiver that does not have the correct markings, you should use the 90 degree side. Pat. Pend.
