No. The Atlas Bipods 1913 Rail set is designed to mount to the Atlas BT19. I would recommend using M-LOK to picatinny rail adapters like the ones linked below:

Will one of these fit a Bergara b-14 hmr Manufacturer Answer

The Bergara b-14 hmr appears to have two sling studs in the front part of the stock. If this is the case with your stock you will need to use either the BT15 or BT17 1913 picatinny rail. I recommend measuring the center to center spacing of the two sling studs and this will determine which rail will best accommodate your rifle.

The AAIS Rail set, Part number consists of three pieces of 1913 rail that can be attached to the AAIS BT19 on the bottom and both sides allowing for a multitude of options including mounting of the BT10 and BT10-LW17 to the AAIS. These rails are made from 6061T6 Aluminum with a type II hard coat anodize and come complete with fasteners they are proudly made in specialized factories and cost 54.95.image
