Will these work on a ruger 10/22 and leupold std one piece base? I had to tap out the reciever to 8-40 and I am wondering if these are too short/long? Expert Answer

They look good but will most likely need to be trimmed to length per application. The length they come at will be too long to replace the screws on my ior 20 moa mount without modification. The finish quality looks to be very good.
