Will these work on a ruger 10/22 and leupold std one piece base? I had to tap out the reciever to 8-40 and I am wondering if these are too short/long?

The Badger Ordnance Replacement Screws are 8-40 screws that measure 0.325" long. They should be compatible with your base and receiver.
