It comes with one 6-bolt ring and one 4-bolt ring.

Are these rings available with reducers w/out buying 2 different sized sets? Expert Answer

Unfortunately Badger Ordnance does not sell these with the inserts, you would have to order the inserts separately.

These are incredibly robust and precisely machined. Worked great on my M39 EMR project (M1A loaded with a Smith Enterprises 2006 mount). These rings are incredible and heavy duty but they are also very heavy for scope rings.
