Does this ring set come with and 6 and 4 bolt rings or two 4 bolt rings?

It comes with one 6-bolt ring and one 4-bolt ring.

Are these rings available with reducers w/out buying 2 different sized sets?

Unfortunately Badger Ordnance does not sell these with the inserts, you would have to order the inserts separately.
