This high carbon steel, specifically 1095 steel, renowned for its superior hardness, undergoes heat treatment and five careful folds, resulting in an astounding 352 layers. This meticulous process provides the blade with a robust edge, while maintaining the flexibility necessary to withstand high impact. The result? A perfect blade for any sword, proudly bearing a Rockwell hardness rating of 55-56 HRC.
