The Blackhawk Tourniquet Pouch w/Pop-up Window is a simple MOLLE attachment that allows the user to customize access and placement on a compatible platform. This tourniquet case features an internal strap that loops under the tourniquet and through the lid for easy removal. The pop-up mechanism pops-up from the rear when the time comes and goes with only one hand so the tourniquet can be deployed when needed and stowed when no longer needed.
