I wrote a previous review stating that this product was no good if you were using a CAT tourniquet. I spoke too soon. I decided to try a simple alteration with how I put the TQ into the holder. It fits just fine. I did not have to alter how you would normally have a CAT folded and prepped. I pushed the bottom up and into itself so that it goes in shorter and much fatter, but when it pulls out? It is still in the proper folded configuration. I just wanted to come back and let you guys know that this was a solid product. I didn’t want to give a shitty review to something that I just lacked a bit of ingenuity on. You may have to play with it? But, you can definitely safely fit a CAT TQ into this holder. It’s a solid house. I definitely recommend it.

I gave this three stars because I can appreciate that it’s actually a decent TQ holder. However, I have a CAT (Gen 7) and it does not even come remotely close to being able to fit into this pouch. I just wanted to let everyone know ahead of time that if you are purchasing this for your CAT, save your money. It absolutely will not even come remotely close to being able to close. I mean... You may possibly be able to fold your CAT another time and cram it down into the pouch. But..... That’s not how the CAT is designed to be used. And, do you really want to screw around with something that could mean the difference between life and death? Just to be able to utilize one out of a hundred pouches? When others will fit it just fine? And are in fact made specifically for the CAT? I will be sending mine back. But, again, I emphasize the pouch itself is actually great overall. Just not for my needs.
