How do you change the lenses? Expert Answer

The best way is to wrap the lens in a cleaning cloth, grab the frame with your hands and push outward on the lenses using your thumbs. The lenses should exit out the front of the frame. New lenses should be installed from the front as well.

I bought mine one year ago and had the goggle strap plastic insert break twice. Now I have to use a rubber attachment on the sunglass attachment to hold them on my head. I am going to get regulat goggles. I would not be so upset if they had cost $15....
