This vertical foregrip is great if you use the thumb over bore grip. With the slight angle set forward, it gives you a solid grip to apply rearward force. I have this on my AR-10 and it has helped me in my transitions between targets.

The AD-FG3 or "Foliage Green" Vertical grip is the predecessor to the BCM patented GG-ONE and was initially designed for military use on a DOD SAW platform. Due to a high volume of requests for a DOD SAW model, we have developed this grip as a possible solution for the SOF SAW platform. Foliage green is a classic color combination that has been adopted by many federal agencies including LE/MIL. This grip allows the operator to have a similar grip index to the top of their hand while allowing them to have a firm grasp on the hand guard while firing the weapon.
