The description is of the folder. Is the fixed blade made of the 154CM also or are they still being made from the 420HC? Expert Answer

These are both folding knives, the only difference is that item 0091BKSTP1 has the seatbelt cutter on the bottom. Both are made with 154CM Steel, they are not available in 420HC at this time.

What are the differences between the two knives pictured here. They appear to be the same. Buck/tops czar Expert Answer

The knives are almost identical, however item 0091BKSTP1 has a seatbelt cutter built into the bottom of the grip.

Product Info for Buck Knives TOPS/Buck CSAR-T Knife

When a military operator is in the field, they need a heavy-duty, reliable knife that is easy to carry. The hard core TOPS/Buck CSAR-T folder features an ATS-34 stainless steel modified Tanto blade, and a tough, grooved Rocky Mountain Tread G-10 handle for strength and a secure grip. This knife is easily opened with one hand and locks open using a liner lock. Adding versatility to the TOPS/Buck CSAR-T, the handle contains a hex driver for various tools. This knife will allow an operator to be prepared for any situation. Includes a black, heavy duty nylon, M.O.L.L.E. compatible sheath. Named 2010 Best of the Best by Field & Stream.image
