The description is of the folder. Is the fixed blade made of the 154CM also or are they still being made from the 420HC?

These are both folding knives, the only difference is that item 0091BKSTP1 has the seatbelt cutter on the bottom. Both are made with 154CM Steel, they are not available in 420HC at this time.

What are the differences between the two knives pictured here. They appear to be the same. Buck/tops czar

The knives are almost identical, however item 0091BKSTP1 has a seatbelt cutter built into the bottom of the grip.
