If same scope used on 2 different rifles with NIGHTFORCE standard Duty 0 MOA rails, will these secure rock solid? And by that I mean ROCK SOLID? Expert Answer

I wouldn't trust any QD ring to be "rock solid"

There's no way to measure the inch-pounds of torque. Before buying my own torque driver, I thought all my bases and rings were sufficiently tightened, if not over-tightened. I was wrong - not a single one of my firearms was even close to the manufacturer's torque specifications.

My recommendation would be for a ring that can be torqued to manufacturer's specifications. You're still going to have to go through a rezero process moving the scope from rifle to rifle, no matter how good your rings and bases.
