This cover works well to keep temps stable especially in cold weather. Would have gave it five stars but you can only use it to 350deg. So end up pulling it off a lot to finish meat. It’s not diffficult with the magnets so it’s not a deal breaker.

I tried the blanket last week on a brisket. Used far less pellets and the temp was maintained. It actually cooked a little faster than expected so i lowered the temp. Brisket came out great, looking forward to trying more recipes.

This is the best addition to my woodwind. It has helped keep the temps consistent during the cold MN winter. It works with all the smaller camp chef grills. The price from optics planet was a plus as well.

This cover looks good and perfectly fits my Cabelas pellet grill made by Camp Chef. It prevents the loss of warm air so that it requires less pellets to cook during the winter season. It looks so good that I may keep it on all the time.
