Russ's Review of Camp Chef Smokepro Pellet Grill Insulated Blanket

I tried the blanket last week on a brisket. Used far less pellets and the temp was maintained. It actually cooked a little faster than expected so i lowered the temp. Brisket came out great, looking forward to trying more recipes.

  • I the warmer weather might have cooked faster
