Installation was a little snug but once I got it in it made my shotgun nice for home defense and gave it cool factor! I’ve put a couple hundred rounds through and I haven’t had any problems yet! The choke is also not fixed so you can change it out.

This barrel has held up well, it fits my 870 Wingmaster like a glove and has a decent finish. The irons had to be shifted all the way left to zero but it’s on target with slugs. It also fits and holds many different chokes which I tested all the way ...

Features of Carlson's Remington 870 12GA Custom Shotgun Barrel:
- All models come with Carlson choke tubes installed. Rifled models have choke tube made from 304 high stress stainless steel. Other choke tubes made from 17-4 stainless steel.
- Vent rib models have a satin matte blue finish with red fluorescent front sight and brass center bead.
- All 18 1/2 inch barrels are non vent ribbed and have a ramped front sight with a matte finish.
- Threaded for the standard Rem Choke system
- Fits Remington 870 12 gauge only
