Where are your knives manuafactured and what is the blade material and hardness? Expert Answer

We do not manufacturer these, we are a retailer. These knives are made by Case in the USA. The blade material is their proprietary Tru-Sharp stainless steel. Unfortunately they do not provide a hardness rating.
