Product Info for Choate Tool Mossberg Short Pistol Grip Forend
The popular Mossberg 500 shotgun has finally been fitted with a short pistol grip forend. This allows the shooter a little more control with out sacrificing the classic lines of this classic shotgun. The grip has a bit of a wider fit on the hand side and a bit narrower in the middle to give a good grip without the shooter getting caught on clothing when shooting. This forend is easily installed by sliding it over the rear of the shotgun just behind the magazine. There are no special adapters for this forend. This one slips over and does not hook up to the top of the receiver - you can grip it with one hand if you wish.
