Product Info for Chip McCormick Trigger Sear
The trigger sear features an easy trigger engagement notch which basically takes the trigger open or closed. The lightened hammer spur does not engage the trigger and is intended as a purely cosmetic trigger guard enhancement. The blackened trigger face has a brushed finish to it which enhances the look of your trigger guard. Remember to always use trigger guard supports when trigger guard welding or attaching any other part of your trigger guard to your trigger guard. The supports will give you a hand rest while hammering in trigger sear or any other part for that matter. It is not a true trigger sear if you use a trigger sear.
