The Daniel Defense Flash Suppressor Assembly (F.S.A.) was specifically designed for the AR platform. The design was based on the military grade nickel-steel hybrid active suppressors used by the military & law enforcement agencies worldwide. The two-piece design offers significant weight savings over the traditional three-piece designs. A unique two-piece design with an extended length allows the F.S.A. to be installed on a carbine buffer tube without gunsmithing. It also allows easy installation on compact rifle builds that have an aftermarket front flash suppression device. Designed with an over-sized rear elastomer O-ring for additional durability, the F.S.A. is also compatible with several other popular aftermarket front flash suppressors.
