Product Info for Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator Assy
The patent pending Daniel Defense Muzzle Climb Mitigator assy is designed to drastically reduce muzzle climb and also acts as a mild brake to slow the blow back of the muzzle. This is accomplished by the twin piston design of the mitigator as you back it into your gas block. The twin piston system mechanically locks the muzzle brake into place as the firearm is discharged preventing any unintended discharges or untimely kills of cartridges. The twin chamber design of the Daniel Defense muzzle brake forces the wear resistant alloy wheel to rotate within the baffles resulting in a solid brake system that reduces erosion on the hot muzzle. This system also has the added feature of extending the life of the muzzle brake beyond the closed chamber diameter normally achievable with current muzzle brake materials. The patented chamber design of the Daniel Defense muzzle climb eliminator is backed-up by a twin spring mechanism with double row of springs to enhance durability. This product has been beta-tested by military personnel and is currently under quality control review.
