The medical pouch has been designed to carry within its foldsible MOLLE structure, a rescue whistle and necessary medical supplies needed in an instant. The pouch can be attached to a DURAFLEX buckle and thanks to the synthetic upper fabric, it has a high level of wear resistance. The back part of the medical pouch is provided with an emergency strap for immediate use. With the help of the velcro straps on the back, the user has the possibility to attach the pouch to another convenient position e.g. on a chest rig, jacket or trouser. The front part of the pouch has two velcro straps allowing the user to attach or detach the pouch from the belt according to need. The front part of the pouch has two zippered accesses in order to allow the user to stow the pouch using the rear straps. The top and bottom of the pouch are equipped with a drainage system and a breathable liner to allow expansion of the bag when in use. The first part of the pouch has two zippered slots in order to allow the user to fill the entire structure with compressed air generated by the bladder, air or water. The second zippered compartment of the pouch is a spacious mesh pocket, useful for storing small items and documents. The bottom of the pouch has two handles and velcroed handles to allow the user to raise it vertically, according to need.
