The DeSantis Flex-Tuk Leather IWB Holster will not be compatible with your S&W 686. You would need to use a holster that fits S&W L-Frame revolvers with a 3" barrel.

The DeSantis Flex-Tuk Leather IWB Holster should be compatible with a 2" EAA Windicator. I would recommend using the Kimber K6S 2" model holsters.
