Yes you can weave the MOLLE straps through the PALS webbing on the top lid of the little brother.

Eberlestock FannyTop Pack makes for a small, efficient survival pack for short jaunts away from home or your camp site. This carrying bag is a component of many of Eberlestock's top backpacks, including the J107H Dragonfly, JP9 Blue Widow, and J79 SkyCrane II models. On those Eberlestock packs, the Fanny Top provides an extra degree of compression and another storage space, but this Eberlestock hunting accessory also operates extremely well on its own. The Eberlestock FannyTop is divided into three compartments, one specifically for the use of hydration systems. This hunting accessory includes a fold out waist belt, allowing you to attach the Fanny Top to your waist or over your shoulder for a courier style bag. When you're done wearing the bag, Eberlestock has designed the belt to slip away into the specially designed stowage sleeve. With a 300 cubic inch volume and durable construction, the Eberlestock Fanny Top Bag works great on its own or with a multi-day backpack.image
