Another review on this has the same issue- google search shows others with this same exact problem. I have the M&P 2.0 Metal and this barrel is not a true drop in. After installing this barrel, I had failure to fire malfunction on 40-50% of my rounds...

This does not work for the S&W M&P 2.0 metal. I've tried multiple ammo types, replaced with OEM barrel and the OEM has no problems. Caliper says center of the bore .0200" from the OEM one. And you can see it plain as day on the primer strikes.
