This mount is solid as a rock, quick detach mount fit perfectly. All the holes lined up and screws were perfect. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to mount an optic on their marlin. Just use a little Loctite.

Evolution Gun Works Marlin 1895 / 336 Lever Action Picatinny Rail Mount 47100 is custom designed to fit both the Marlin Classic 1895 rifle and the Marlin 336 rifle. This Evolution Gun Works scope mount is manufactured from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum and finished in anodized matte black.image

The top notches of the EGW Marlin 1895 / 336 Picatinny Rail Rifle Scope Mount are cut to the Picatinny standard, allowing them to accept either Picatinny or Weaver scope rings. The design of the Picatinny rail allows gun scope placement for optimal eye relief and shooter's preference. This Evolution Gun Works scope mount is one of many Rifle Scope Mounts, Rings, and Bases available through our online store.
