This mount has a .500" radius on the bottom. It should match up with 12 gauge barrels as well.

I am very impressed with how strong this mount is. And how easy it was to install. Pros: Easy to install,holds against recoil of my 45-70 barrel Cons: The red dot sight I used slid its mount..but the part that mounted to the picatinny didn't budge

This is a complete install package. You’ll get a driver, 4 fasteners and the rail. The quality is good and fits exactly. I’m surprised more manufacturers don’t offer this part. The rail is metal and sturdy.
