Does this mount fit the 12 ga encore barrel?

This mount has a .500" radius on the bottom. It should match up with 12 gauge barrels as well.

What is the difference between 20 MOA and 0 MOA? Will either one work?

20 MOA is a cant that allows you to free up elevation adjustments to be used in your turret for longer distance shots. It can make zeroing the rifle for closer distances more difficult. Either would work on the Thompson Center Encore.

As long as it is a Thompson Center Encore model barrel it will fit.

Will EGW rail fit a T/C encore rifle with a 338 winmag barrel and do they come in different heights for scopes

This will fit all calibers of T/C Encore that are drilled and tapped. The rails only come in one height, however you can use different heights of rings depending on the size of your scope. Unfortunately this rail will not mount on the T/C Strike, it uses a different mounting pattern. We don't have any rails for the Strike at this time, however the Strike should have come with a weaver rail.
