Belt fits great, 31" waist so I got the small and it's perfect. Can adjust it to fit anywhere on my torso. Holds almost anything from subcompact to full size and also has two extra slots for spare mags.

The Core Defender Belly Band Gun Holster from Elite Survival Systems provides a great method of concealment for those who prefer the convenience and quick access provided by abdominal-strap carry. Belly band holsters are great for people of all shapes and sizes. Because the firearm is held snug and close in the abdomen area, the Core Defender provides a feeling of added security and stability. Constructed of orthopedic ergonomic elastic (latex free). Strong-side and cross-draw holster sections. Ambidextrous. Fits small to large frame autos and small to medium frame revolvers. Three additional rear compartments to hold mags, flashlight, handcuffs, etc. Belly band concealment holster is available in black or tan. Stomach holster available in six sizes. Belly wrap holster . Small - 28"-32
