Exped's Bivy Poncho UL can be connected with several other Bivy Ponchos to form an expanded shelter, and the integrated chest pocket forms a stuff sack.
Features of Exped Bivy Poncho UL:
- Support the closed hood with a pole to form a simple pyramid shelter
- Use as a rain collector, 1st aid stretcher, sail, vestibule wing, or a hammock when secured
- Adjustable waist cord secures Bivy-Poncho in all weather and is used to carry the packed poncho
- Carefully positioned snaps allow for universal sizing, even while wearing a pack
- Multiple uses: tarp - numerous web loops permit securing of Bivy-Poncho into a variety of shapes
- Large, waterproof, inner pocket functions as Bivy-Poncho's storage sack
- Anatomic hood, with laminated brim and single pull cinch-cord, permits unrestricted movement for full visibility and great comfort
- Size: 90 x 62 in / 240 x 155 cm; shortened in front and back with hook-and-loop by 20 in / 50 cm each side
