Good value, fast shipping, and easy to install but it took a little wiggling to get the mag release lever in place. There are several videos on the FAB Defense website and elsewhere that will guide you through the process.

Excellent alternative grip for the Makarov to be able to drop the clip with your thumb. I recommend a one page picture tutorial showing how you have to first slide the release into the bottom pice of the grip and then slide into position.
