The quadrail had to be slightly modified with my Dremel to get it to fit my Yugoslavian rpk. The non-Yugoslavian rpks may not need to be modified, I'm not sure. Once modified, it seems to work very well, and does not vibrate loose like some others ...

This Picatinny Rails has same size as original handguards so weapon handling remains the same. RPK Rail System from FAB Defense mounts easily with no gunsmithing. FAB Defense Rail System for RPK constructed from lightweight and strong hard-coated anodized 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum with MIL-STD-1913 rails. In addition, this Picatinny Rails from FAB Defense will not move or vibrate on the weapon under any conditions.
