Quad rail picatinny is obsolescent. Much sleeker MLOK rails are available now. There are too many QD sling swivel sockets. Sacrificing precious picatinny slots given how short the hand guards already is.

mako rpk quadrail review
The quadrail had to be slightly modified with my Dremel to get it to fit my Yugoslavian rpk. The non-Yugoslavian rpks may not need to be modified, I'm not sure. Once modified, it seems to work very well, and does not vibrate loose like some others will. It is a high quality piece, and it is over-priced, but it was the only rail that I could find for my rpk. If you are ok with the price, then it will work well on your rpk after modification.
