I really like this rail design.
I have it on my 9mm AR Pistol.
Top and bottom picatinny rail for grips and sights.
3oclock and 6oclock short pic sections by the muzzle for lights, lasers, etc.

Nice quality, love the looks. The full rails on the top and bottom make the guard tall but the sides are narrow. Go with the Rev 2 if you want a smaller hand grip. FYI, This grip uses a standard barrel nut.

Fortis Rev is an amazing rail. I thought the mounting system for locking onto the existing barrel nut is genius. Went on with no play/movment at all. Very solid, I would recommend and would buy another.

This hand guard not only looks awesome,aggressive. But feels solid in your hands. Uses a mil spec barrel nut to mount onto.excellent design. No funky timing issues. Excellent build quality what you'd expect from Fortis.

Fortis REV is an extremely lightweight yet robust free floating rail system. When designing the REV, we didn't want just another rail system, we wanted a better, lighter, feature rich handguard that was robust and within budget. We've managed to reduce as much weight as possible while maintaining strength by utilizing a 1 piece body design. KeyMods were added at the 3 and 9 o'clock positions for modularity and additional weight savings. Its unique mounting system captures a standard AR15 barrel nut for easy installation.
