I want to switch between this and my 5.56 upper. Any updates needed for my rifle if I buy this upper? Buffer spring, trigger, upgraded bcg? Expert Answer

You would need to purchase a 7.62x39 specific bolt, 7.62x39 AR15 compatible magazines, and you may need to tune your recoil system with a different buffer (H3 buffer should work in this case). I love the look of this with the titanium blue! It fits and operates perfectly on my AR lower. Just make sure that you realize that the 7.62x39 is the same round as the AK and not the AR 10 7.62x51.
